Return and Exchange Policy
You can return items purchased on https://shyamolicreations.com/public/ within 7 days of receipt. If the item is defective or doesn't fit, we'll replace it free of cost (conditions apply).
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, email info@shyamolicreations.com or WhatsApp +91 72919 03519 with your order ID and reason. If cancelled before shipping, you'll get a full refund. If shipped, it'll be treated as a return.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7 working days after return approval.
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 2-3 weeks after approval.
Return Conditions
- Return within 7 days of receipt.
- Product should be in original condition with box, MRP tag, and accessories
- Gifts associated with the product must be returned too.
- Discounts won't be refunded.
